Explanatory work carried out with the personnel on the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service"

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 28, 2021 No. 633 "On some issues of optimizing the staffing limits of state bodies and quasi-public sector entities", as well as according to the training schedule of the Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Almaty region, a meeting was held to explain the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Service", on the procedure and conditions for reducing civil servants.

It was explained to the employees of the Department that when the management structure changes within a state body, an administrative civil servant is appointed to a position equivalent to the previously held position corresponding to the previously performed official powers. In the absence of an equivalent position, an administrative civil servant may be offered another position, provided that he meets the established qualification requirements. In case of refusal of an administrative civil servant from the proposed position, he is subject to dismissal.

In addition, employees were given explanations on the norms providing for the payment of severance pay, as well as persons who are not subject to reduction in accordance with the current Legislation.
