The result of the inspection of the Repair and mechanical specialized management of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP

The inspection staff of the Karaganda Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of the Repair and Mechanical specialized Management of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP from July 23 to August 12 of this year.

The main activity of the specialized Repair and mechanical management is capital repairs, installation or dismantling, reconstruction, modernization of existing and newly built technological and mechanical equipment facilities; production of non-standard metal structures and products that require mechanical processing in the conditions of the assembly and procurement site.

During the inspection, hazardous production facilities and technical devices were examined and violations of industrial safety requirements were revealed. The inspectors drew up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
