Results of the audit of «Tobearal Oil» LLP

The inspection staff of the Atyrau Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of «Tobearal Oil» LLP from July 7 to 27 of this year.

The main activity of «Tobearal Oil» LLP is the production of hydrocarbon raw materials at the «Tobearal» field. The field is located 40 kilometers northeast of the district center of Kurmangazy and 220 kilometers west of the city of Atyrau.

The fund of existing wells is 26 units. The extracted oil is transported to the «Zaburunye» oil collection point for further pumping into the pipeline system through the «Zhayykmunaigas» NGDU of «Embamunaigas» JSC.

During the inspection, hazardous production facilities and technical devices of «Tobearal Oil» LLP were examined. More than a dozen violations of industrial safety requirements have been identified. The inspectors drew up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses
