Kumar Aksakalov on a working visit to Karasu district

Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov visited Karasu district on a working visit, where he got acquainted with the implementation of social projects and met with residents. During the trip, he emphasized the importance of developing rural areas, according to the Address of the Head of State.

This year, about 100 billion tenge have been allocated for the development of rural settlements - 28% more than last year. Particular attention was paid to the role of business in these transformations. An example of high social responsibility is the activity of Birlik-Omir LLP in the village of Lenino. The company not only builds houses for its employees, but also creates a comfortable and safe living environment for local residents. Having allocated 245 million tenge for housing construction and 32 million tenge for the construction of a hockey rink, Birlik-Omir LLP demonstrates how business can become a driving force for social change and ensure a bright future for the village.

“Increasing labor productivity directly depends on the living conditions of rural residents, these things are closely interconnected. The task of the state and business is to create appropriate conditions," emphasized Kumar Aksakalov

Kostanay region was the first in the country to complete work on eliminating the consequences of the flood, which damaged more than 1,280 houses. In the Karasu district, a drainage canal more than 14 km long was built, costing 438 million tenge. This is a critical step towards preventing flooding, which will preserve agricultural land and residential buildings.

Thus, the joint efforts of the state and business serve as a powerful catalyst for development, raising the standard of living of the rural population and creating conditions for prosperity. This is not just an investment - it is an investment in the future, in which every villager can feel protected and confident.
