The head of state visited the iron foundry of KamLitKZ LLP
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's working visit to Kostanay region began with a visit to the KamLitKZ LLP iron foundry, located in the industrial zone.
The President got acquainted with the production of automotive components for trucks. According to General Director Dmitry Gurtovoy, the plant's capacity is 45 thousand tons of castings per year. The implementation of the project worth 78.2 billion tenge allowed creating 500 jobs.
The President was informed that the project is being implemented by a Kazakhstani team of engineers and technologists with the involvement of experts from experienced world-class engineering companies, as well as European machine builders.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was shown the process of smelting and pouring cast iron into casting molds, as well as processing products.
The plant meets all modern requirements, has a high level of automation and energy efficiency with minimal impact on the environment. The production is equipped with 30 robots in the most complex and difficult technological areas.
