Presidential instruction: Kostanay introduces e-KSK system

By the end of October, the local authorities intend to connect all the consumer apartment owners' cooperatives in the city to the e-Kostanay system. Today, 30 have been already connected. This was said by the head of the regional department of informatization, provision of public services and archives Yerkebulan Abdukarimov.

As part of the implementation of Smart City technologies, the Kostanay Akimat has already created a “Call Center” with a single number “109”, as well as monitoring services for sanitation and cleaning of the city. “The projects “Smart Traffic Light”, “Smart Lighting” have been implemented and the mobile applications “Smart Transport” and “SmartKostanay” have been launched, QR codes have been installed on the houses of high-rise residential buildings and socially significant facilities. The projects “e-KSK”, “Smart Microdistrict” and “Interactive Map of the City” are at the implementation stage”, Ye. Abdukarimov said. - “In the light of the Address of the Head of State, the instruction of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to ensure transparency in public utilities activities is highly relevant. The introduction of the e-KSK system will ensure the transparency of the activities of the consumer apartment owners' cooperatives”. According to the ministry, the e-KSK system is already connected to 30 consumer apartment owners' cooperatives out of 86. By the end of October, this work is planned to be completed and the system will be implemented in all 86 existing consumer apartment owners' cooperatives. Work on digitalization is carried out in the field of small and medium-sized businesses in the region. Thus, the regional Akimat together with the Asian Development Bank, within the framework of a grant of $ 225 thousand, created a digital database of business entities - “BIG DATA”, which is integrated with the information system “Manager's Panel”. In general, for the implementation of the state program of digitization in the region, a Roadmap was developed and approved, consisting of 130 events in 11 directions. To date, 59 events of the Roadmap have been completed, 71 events are in operation.
