Best rural akim

In Kostanay region, a selection round was held among the participants of the Republican contest "Best rural akim", who made a contribution to the development of rural settlements and achieved high results in their activities. By the decision of the regional competition Commission, consisting of representatives of state bodies and public associations, 12 of the 24 participants were interviewed.
The selected participants will be individually interviewed by the regional commissions no later than July 25, 2020.
In addition, applicants undergo the following assessment procedures before the interview:
1) questionnaire of the ethics Commissioner on compliance with the ethics of civil servants by applicants;
2) evaluation of activity of akim to establish feedback with the public (private parties, activity in social networks, media publications, community meetings, gatherings, etc.), What progress has been made in this direction, decide whether the problems of the citizens, etc.;
3) survey or online voting among the population of the village to measure the public satisfaction with the effectiveness of the local mayor;
4) write an essay of no more than 3 pages on the topic "for the title " Uzdik auylynyn akmi".
We invite residents of villages and rural districts to take an active part in the competition and leave their feedback about the mayor on the official website of the regional akimat.
Your assessment will contribute to the fact that the participant will remain in the Republican contest "Best rural akim".
The regional Commission, based on the results of an individual interview, determines the candidate sent to the second stage from each region.
The best rural akim will present Kostanay region at the national level in September this year.
