We urge residents of the region to be vigilant! Do not click on dubious links. Don't trust unverified accounts. Do not transfer money at their request under any circumstances. If you encounter suspicious activity, immediately report it to law enforcement authorities. Tell your loved ones about the fraudulent scheme so that they do not become victims of deception.
