On the completion of testing for knowledge of legislation as part of the selection for regional personnel reserves

On April 28, 2024, the first block “Testing for knowledge of legislation” of the second stage of selection for the regional personnel reserves of the region, city of republican significance, and capital was completed.

The list of persons admitted to the next testing block “Assessment of Personal Qualities” is posted on the website onir.pkrezerv.gov.kz.Testing to assess personal qualities will be carried out on May 4-5, 2024 on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its branches in an offline format.

The procedure for registering for testing will be open from the moment you receive notification of passing the test for knowledge of legislation. Candidates must select the city, date and time of the procedure from the options provided. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Testing to assess the personal qualities of candidates includes tasks to identify the level of initiative (12), communication (12), analytical (12), organization (12), strategic thinking (12), leadership (12), ethics (12), quality orientation (12), customer orientation (12), intolerance to corruption (12).
The total time to complete the personality assessment tests will be 90 minutes.
