Assistance to victims: Akim of Kostanay region participates in flood relief

Today, Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov, together with residents of suburban areas located near the city of Kostanay, took part in the elimination of the consequences of a natural disaster.

2978 objects were examined. In a week, the territory will be cleared of garbage by the local executive body.

The state will provide all necessary assistance to the victims, including the restoration of burnt-out electric transformers and water pumping stations. The water supply system, partially destroyed by floods, will also be restored.

The head of the region expressed his gratitude to all those who take part in the elimination of the consequences of the flood. "Emergency workers, rescuers, military, volunteers – all of you are doing a great job helping people in this difficult time," Kumar Aksakalov summed up.
