A good tradition is a symbol of unity

The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of Kostanay region supported the republican environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan".
The long–awaited spring in Kostanay began with a natural cataclysm - such a flood has not been seen here for a very long time. Together, Kostanay residents coped with the elements, but the outgoing water left its traces in the form of various debris, and even after winter the city needed cleaning. Therefore, when President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced the launch of a large-scale environmental campaign, representatives of the regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan immediately responded to the call.
Employees of KSU "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the Department of Public Development of the Akimat of Kostanay region (House of Friendship) were one of the first to attend the clean-up.
- We always support any environmental initiatives, — says Natalia Ramazanova, head of Kogamdyk Kelisim. – Such events are useful not only in terms of cleanliness, but also work like a real team building. My colleagues and I are happy to pick up rakes, shovels, bags and spend time outdoors. The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan always proves its love for the motherland not only by word, but also by deed.
The environmental campaign is also supported by young members of the APK – representatives of the youth movement "Assembly of Zhastars" of Kostanay region. They always enthusiastically go to help, especially if it concerns the older generation. To clean the yard, dig up the garden, take out the accumulated garbage – the guys can do any job.
Active volunteers from ethnic and cultural associations also spoke in support of the large-scale clean-up. For example, the chairman of the Belarusian community of Kostanay region, Yevgeny Sotnikov, believes that such events are a manifestation of true patriotism.
- What could be better than to become a part of a big, and most importantly, useful business, - says Evgeny Vladimirovich. – Clean-up days are already a good spring tradition and a good educational tool for young people. And if you consider that many people have sedentary jobs now, we don't move much, then this is also a great way to combine business with pleasure. We Belarusians will gladly take up the rake!
