The acceptance of documents for participation in the selection to the regional personnel reserve has been completed

The acceptance of documents for participation in the selection to the regional personnel reserve has been completed. 

Since the launch of the project on March 1 this year on its official website onir.pkrezerv.gov.kz 491 people have registered in the Kostanay region, of which 323 participants who provided a full set of documents were admitted to testing for knowledge of the legislation

The selection consists of 5 stages: acceptance of documents, testing for knowledge of legislation and assessment of personal qualities, assessment of competencies, structured interview, meeting of the regional personnel commission.

The next stage will be held from April 5 to April 14. It consists of two blocks: "testing for knowledge of legislation" (from April 5 to 9), "testing for personal qualities assessment" (April 13-14) and will be held on the basis of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its branches in offline format.

The regional talent pool is a project aimed at forming a pool of young managers in each region – leaders of new thinking from among talented young people.
