В Костанайской области усилят режим карантина

This decision was made during a regular meeting of the operational headquarters to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. Akim of the region Archimed Mukhambetov noted that the epidemiological situation for coronovirus infection has worsened in recent days. Based on the results of monitoring compliance with quarantine measures, as well as taking into account the growth of the disease in the territory of the region, the operational headquarters decided to introduce the following restrictive measures in the period from 18 to 30 June this year:

1. on June 19 this year, from 00.00 hours, install 3 sanitary posts on the highways "Kostanay – Auliekol-surgan", "Kostanay – Rudny", "Arkalyk – Amantogay".
2. prohibition of rides and fountains, inflatable structures (trampolines) ;
3. prohibition of Karaoke bars, billiard rooms, bowling centers, tattoo parlors, massage parlors;
4. switching to the provision of services in the PSC online, recording services that can not be performed online from 10-00 to 18-00 hours;
5. limit the work of beauty salons, hairdressers only by appointment from 10-00 to 18-00;
6. work of education Centers, clubs, child development centers from 9-00 to 16-00 (occupancy no more than 15 people));
7. restriction of work of objects of sale of goods of the industrial group to 20-00 hours;
8. limiting the operation of food and non-food markets from 10-00 to 16-00;
9. transfer of 80% of civil servants to the "remote" form of work, holding meetings, seminars, conferences and video conferences in selector mode.
It was also decided to allow the operation of the children's camp" Bolashak " in strict compliance with sanitary measures for organizing leisure activities for children from socially unprotected categories.
In addition, it is still prohibited:
- To conduct entertainment, sports and other mass events with a mass stay of people;
- Provision of family, memorial, custom and other events, catering services and holiday organization services;
- Cinemas, theaters for viewing the audience, playgrounds of all types (except courtyards));
- Functioning of night clubs, computer and gaming clubs, hookahs, offices;
- Operation of food courts, cinemas, entertainment facilities located in shopping and entertainment centers, and conducting mass cultural programs in them;
- Work of children's health camps and school camps, with the exception of 4 suburban children's camps;
- Conducting sports competitions.
"It's important!» On behalf of the Government of Kazakhstan to stabilize the epidemiological situation in the coming weekend on 20 and 21 June introduced additional time limits for settlements with population over 50 thousand people, the cities of Kostanay and Ore.:
- the cessation of operation of public spaces, parks, squares, promenades, beaches, water parks;
- People over 65 years of age will be restricted from entering the streets.
The head of the region once again called on the residents of the region to take great responsibility for the observance of personal security measures.
"The analysis shows that the reason for the spread of infection is the growth of labor, social, and family ties. ( ... ) That is, people do not wear a mask, do not observe distances, do not observe hand hygiene at home and at work. In addition, the sanitary and disinfection regime is not observed at newly started facilities, " Archimed Mukhambetov said.
In General, 247 cases of COVID-19 infection were registered in the territory of Kostanay region, while the analysis of the weekly increase in the incidence for the period from 1 to 7 June took into account 29 cases of the disease, an increase of 15.9%, from 8 to 15 June-56 cases, an increase of 26.5%.
"I also appeal to entrepreneurs. Your employees have a lot of responsibility. It is necessary to provide them with gloves, masks and other means of protection," the Governor of the region said.
"If the epidemiological situation worsens, the weakening of the previously imposed quarantine will be eliminated and the region will be returned to the state of enhanced quarantine," concluded Archimed Mukhambetov.
