Livestock from flooded areas of Kostanay region will be provided with a fodder base

The flood situation in the southern regions of Kostanay region remains difficult. The regional operational headquarters continues to work under the chairmanship of Kumar Aksakalov.

Not only people were affected by the big water.

It's about pets and livestock. Unfortunately, there are losses, but most of the cattle survived.

Now the government and the villagers are faced with the urgent issue of providing animals with food.

In Kostanay region, work has already begun on the supply of grain fodder and hay for livestock.

For example, today the city of Arkalyk received 45 tons of hay and 82.2 tons of grain from the Auliekolsky, Uzunkolsky, Sarykolsky and Naurzumsky districts.
Feed is expected to arrive from Altynsarinsky district in the near future, two KAMAZ trucks are already on the way.

As of April 1, the total supply plan is about 130 tons of forage crops (hay, barley, grain waste and oats). Kostanay, Mendykarinsky, Sarykolsky districts, Beimbet Maylin district will send their assistance.
