This project is designed to eliminate the shortage of personnel in rural localities in the areas of health, education, social security, culture and sports, and the agro-industrial complex.
Gulbaram Musagazina, head of the Department of economy and budget planning of Kostanay region akimat, reported on the progress of the project.
"Since the beginning of the project (since 2009), more than 5.1 thousand specialists have arrived in rural areas," the speaker said.
During the years of implementation, the Project allocated 6.1 billion tenge, including 618.0 million tenge for the payment of lifting allowances, and 5.5 billion tenge for the provision of budget loans for the purchase of housing.
This year, the volume of budget loans for the purchase or construction of housing from the national budget increased by 55% compared to 2019 and amounted to 1 billion 495.2 million tenge.
It is planned to credit 359 employees.
"Lifting allowances are provided for 421 specialists in the amount of 117.0 million tenge," gulbaram Musagazina said.
