They promise to make the Internet faster in schools of Kostanay region

All schools in Kostanay region are provided with Internet, the regional Department of Education reports. But they immediately admit that the Internet speed has let them down.
According to the regional department of Education, the available speeds are not enough to ensure a high-quality educational process. Thus, 293 schools (66%) have an Internet speed of only 20 Mbit/sec. This year, it is planned to increase this figure in 152 rural schools.
An additional 242 million tenge was allocated from the local budget to increase the speed to 100 Mbit/s by introducing Starlink satellite technology in 180 schools, where previously there was no technical opportunity for this. This will provide 100% of schools with high-speed Internet.
