On June 1, the 5th stage of easing restrictive measures will start in Kostanay region

At the meeting of the Operational headquarters for preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, it was decided to introduce the 5th stage of easing restrictive measures in the Kostanay region.

So, taking into account the emerging epidemic situation, the following easing of the quarantine regime will be introduced in the framework of the 5th stage from June 1 this year (with the exception of zhitikar) with the strengthening of the sanitary and epidemiological regime:

Free exit of residents from their places of residence;
Work of railway stations and bus stations (since 1.06.2020, railway communication across the Republic of Kazakhstan has been started);
Movement between localities;
Use of personal, official, public vehicles and taxis without restrictions;
Operation of religious objects, with simultaneous use of no more than 1/3 of the area of the object, with observance of social distance, ventilation and sanitary-disinfection regime;
Activities of catering facilities with a maximum of 50 visitors, from 7.00 to 23.00, with tables no closer than 2 meters from each other, summer terraces, no more than 30 people, with tables no closer than 2 meters from each other, without banquets, weddings, anniversaries and other mass events, as well as events related to school graduation;
Operation of retail outlets and markets according to the pre-quarantine regime;
Activities of educational centers, training and retraining courses for specialists in various industries, seminars, clubs for adults, with the observance of social distance;
Resuming the training process in sports schools and sports clubs;
Pre-school organizations in the previous mode;
Extend the operation of public urban transport until 23.00 hours, except for the city of Rudny, where traffic is carried out according to the established schedule before the introduction of quarantine.

However, activity remains suspended:

- For holding entertainment, sports and other mass events with a large crowd of people;

- Family, memorial, ceremonial and other events, catering services and services for organizing holidays;

- Cinemas, theaters for visiting spectators, playgrounds of all types (except for courtyards);

- Night clubs, bookmakers, computer and gaming clubs, hookahs, billiard rooms, bowling centers, karaoke;

- Work of recreation centers, sanatoriums, dispensaries;

- Water parks, swimming pools, tattoo parlors;

- Baths and saunas with the number of visits to more than 20 at the same time;

- Exhibition work.

The work of suburban and school camps has also been suspended, with the exception of 3 suburban camps of regional boarding organizations.

Akim of the region Archimed Mukhambetov noted that the decision on further easing of restrictive measures will be made no earlier than June 8 this year, and the decision on the work of children's suburban and school camps will be made after June 15.

To date, 182 cases of COVID-19 have been registered, and 84 people have recovered.
