A regular meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission was held in the Akimat of Kostanay region.

The meeting was attended by akims of cities and districts of the region, heads of regional administrations, representatives of the maslikhat of the region, political parties, as well as public and non-governmental organizations.

The members of the commission considered the issues of compliance with the legislation on civil service and official ethics of civil servants, analysis of the quality of public services.
At the same time, the meeting announced the results of the monitoring conducted in the field of compliance by state agencies with the rules of sanitary protection zones, problematic issues of protracted construction of socially significant facilities in the region and the implementation of the TBN 4 project.

The heads of relevant departments were instructed to take immediate measures to eliminate risks and implement the recommendations made by the anti-corruption service based on the results of analyses and monitoring.

In conclusion, in order to strengthen the institution of public control, ensure transparency and openness of the activities of government agencies, the members of the commission recommended strengthening work with civil society institutions, as well as ensuring the quality and timeliness of taking measures to eliminate corruption risks.
