One of the largest-scale projects in the region for the construction of water distribution networks in villages is being implemented in the Karabalyk district

As part of the execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On holding meetings of akims with the population", Akim of Kostanay region K.I. Aksakalov met with the population of the Karabalyk district.
One of the largest-scale projects in the region is being implemented in the district for the construction of water distribution networks in the villages of Novotroitskoye, Stationnoye, Boskol and Lesnoye, as well as the construction of water purification and distribution points in the villages of Smirnovka, Mikhaylovka, with a total cost of more than 4 billion tenge.
The water supply system was put into operation in Novotroitskoye village in September this year. In the near future, the water supply system will be launched in the village of Stationnoye ahead of schedule.
It should be noted that the village of Voroshilovka and part of the village of Priuralskoye, with a population of more than 600 people, were covered outside the project.
The other day, we launched a water purification and distribution point in the village of Smirnovka, and the launch of a similar point in the village of Mikhaylovka is at the completion stage.
In the future, it is planned to build water distribution networks from these points, after which the residents of each house will be able to connect to high-quality drinking water.
As a result of the implementation of the above-mentioned projects, the share of providing high-quality drinking water will be increased from 79 to 90%.
With the successful implementation of the above-mentioned projects, the coverage of the population with high-quality drinking water in 2025 will be 100%.
Thus, the instruction of the Head of State to provide high-quality drinking water within the framework of the National Regional Development Project will be fulfilled.
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of life of our citizens, projects aimed at modernizing the road and transport infrastructure are being implemented.
A record amount of more than 1,200 million tenge was allocated to transport infrastructure this year, which is 2 times more than last year.As a result, the proportion of roads in satisfactory condition increased from 82% to 89.4%.
In the field of heat supply in the district, systematic work is underway to switch from solid fuel to gas. At the expense of the regional budget, a block-modular gas-fueled boiler house for the Toguzak school was purchased and installed, as well as 2 socially significant facilities – the Ainalayyn kindergarten and the Ulan sports complex building.
The material and technical base of the Central District Hospital is updated annually. This year, the necessary modern medical equipment was purchased: an anesthetic and respiratory apparatus, a ventilator for newborns and others, in the amount of more than 200 million tenge.
Next year, funds are planned for the construction of two paramedic obstetric stations in the villages of Toguzak and Stationny and major repairs in the village of Novotroitskoye.
To attract medical personnel at the expense of the budget, 5 apartments were purchased for a total amount of 54.6 million tenge.
In the district, much attention is paid to the creation of new jobs, the further development of entrepreneurship, and the prevention of an increase in the unemployment rate.
1,435 small and medium-sized businesses are registered in the district, 98% of them are active.
Next year, it is planned to commission 2 large investment projects in the field of agriculture.
As part of the social responsibility of business, 218 memoranda were signed with agricultural producers for a total amount of 690 million tenge, the subject of which is the socio-economic development of villages in the Karabalyk district for 2023-2025.
