Launching the production of dry mare's milk using German technology

Akim of Kostanay region K. Aksakalov took part in the technical launch of the production of dry mare's milk using the German sublimation technology of "S-Agro-Borovskoe" LLP in Mendykarinsky district.
The partnership has more than a thousand heads of the Kushum breed of horses. The entrepreneur plans to increase the production capacity of the product to 40 tons per year and create up to 150 jobs. He also intends to build an MTF for 400 milking heads of cattle, which will achieve a production capacity of 4.5 million liters of milk per year.
Another project is being implemented with the participation of Vostok-1 LLP. Currently, the construction of a 1200-head MTF is underway in the village of Stepanovka with plans to put it into operation in December next year. The project cost is 6.5 billion tenge, and its capacity is 9 thousand tons of milk per year. It is planned to create 50 jobs.
The borrowed funds of JSC "SEC Tobol" will be used for the purchase of cattle, purchase of equipment and construction and installation works.
"In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, we will make efforts for the development of agriculture and are ready to support any initiatives of entrepreneurs in this direction," the Head of the region noted.
