The budget of the road industry amounted to 55.9 billion tenge, which is 30% more than last year

At the last meeting of the akimat of the region, the following issues were considered:
1. On the results of repair work and preparation for winter maintenance of highways of Kostanay region;
2. On the implementation of the National Project "Modernization of rural healthcare".
As Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov noted, highways and transport infrastructure are one of the main factors for ensuring sustainable economic growth of the region, effective work and sustainable development of which are becoming an important factor in the transition to economic recovery, raising the level and improving the living conditions of the population in modern conditions.
This year, the budget of the road industry amounted to 55.9 billion tenge, which is 30% more than last year. These measures are primarily aimed at providing comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the region. For these purposes, the Akimat of the region has developed and approved a plan for the development of the road industry of Kostanay region, within which, by the end of 2025, it is planned to bring local roads in good and satisfactory condition to 95%.
The head of the region also drew attention to the problem of the movement of trucks on public roads. The annual deterioration of the road infrastructure is caused by the uncontrolled movement of heavy vehicles exceeding the established axle load standards. In this regard, he instructed the territorial inspection of transport control to strengthen measures to identify violators of weight parameters.
The second issue was addressed by the head of the Health Department. This year, the financing of the healthcare sector is 108.8 billion tenge, which is 23% more than last year. Today, 37.8% of the population or 313.8 thousand people live in rural areas of Kostanay region.
49 rural health facilities are being repaired in the amount of 2.8 billion tenge. Within the framework of the project "Modernization of rural healthcare", medical institutions will appear in 25 rural settlements of the region for the first time, which will provide about 32 thousand people with primary medical care, and 6 doctors and about
60 employees of the secondary medical staff.
"Our task is to provide 100% of rural settlements with medical care. Additionally, to provide about 32 thousand rural population with specialized medical services. Observe the principle of the "Golden Hour" for the timely provision of emergency medical care to the rural population in case of heart attacks, strokes, injuries and other conditions. To reduce the mortality rate from diseases of the circulatory system by 20% in the rural population.
