A new stage of quarantine facilitation will be introduced in Kostanay region on May 25

Today, under the chairmanship of the Governor of Kostanay region Archimed Mukhambetov, a regular meeting of the Operational staff was held to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

To date, 112 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Kostanay region, of which 50 people have recovered.

At the meeting of the Operational staff, it was decided to introduce the 4th stage of easing quarantine measures on the territory of the region, with the exception of the city of Zhitikara.

So, taking into account the emerging epidsituatsii, within the 4th stage from may 25 this year (with the exception of the city of zhitikar), the following objects are allowed to work with the strengthening of the sanitary and epidemiological regime:

Non-food shopping centers and stores (with an area of more than 2000 square meters), shopping and entertainment centers, except for the functioning of food courts, cinemas, entertainment facilities and cultural programs;
Organizations of extracurricular additional education (development centers, clubs, electives, etc.);
Catering facilities with a maximum of 30 visitors, including summer terraces, with tables at least 2 meters apart from each other from 7-00 to 22-00, without banquets, weddings, anniversaries, commemorative events, as well as events related to school graduation;
Massage parlor;
Libraries, cultural facilities, for rehearsals up to 30 people;
Sports facilities with training facilities for groups of up to 30 people, including gyms;
Hotels without accompanying services (SPAS, swimming pools, gyms, billiard rooms, cinemas, rental of conference rooms).

Until the epidemiological situation stabilizes, the following activities remain suspended:

- Train stations, bus stations,

- Movement between localities

- Prohibition of residents leaving their places of residence from 22-00 to 6-00 hours,

- Exhibitions, cinemas, theaters for visiting the audience, playgrounds of all types (except for courtyards),

- Night clubs, fitness centers, bookmakers, computer and gaming clubs, hookahs, billiard rooms, bowling centers, karaoke,

- Sanatoriums, dispensaries and recreation centers,

- Water parks, swimming pools, tattoo parlors,

- Baths and saunas with the number of visits to more than 20 at a time,

- Preschool institutions (except for rescue groups),

- Religious objects.

Also on the eve of the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Fitr, the Governor advised the residents of the region to celebrate this holiday at home with family and friends, without a mass congestion of people.

In conclusion, Archimedes Mukhambetov stressed that the situation with the disease in the region is constantly monitored, and the decision on further easing of quarantine measures will be taken step by step - based on the epidemiological situation.

At the same time, as part of the easing of quarantine measures, 50% of employees of state bodies and organizations will be excluded from the Resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor for the Kostanay region.
