Elections of akims of the city of Rudny and districts were held in Kostanay region

On November 5 of this year, the first pilot elections of akims of districts and cities of regional significance were held in the history of the country. Akims of Altynsarinsky, Denisovsky, Karabalyksky and Fedorovsky districts, as well as the city of Rudny, were elected in the Kostanay region in a pilot mode.
According to the results of the voting, Viktor Nikolaevich Ionenko was elected mayor of the city of Rudny. He began his career in 1992 as an engineer for the operation of the machine and tractor park of the Nikolaevsky state farm of the Taranovsky district. Since 1993 – foreman, then director of JSC "Fitter" of the Taranovsky district; head of the Taranov branch of JSC "Kustanayselkhozstroymontazh". In different years he held the positions of akim of Denisovsky, Mendikarinsky, Karasu districts, deputy akim of Kostanay region, akim of the city of Rudny.
Tauba Kairzhanovich Isabaev was elected Akim of the Fedorovsky district. He began his career in 1985 as an employee of the Seletinsky state farm in the Seletinsky district of the Tselinograd region. In different years he held the position of akim of Kostanay, Fedorovsky districts.
Ruslan Bolatuly Halykov was elected Akim of the Karabalyk district. He started his career in 2009 as an inspector of the Service Center of the city of Kostanay. In different years he held the position of deputy akim of Altynsarinsky, Karabalyksky, Kamystinsky districts. Prior to the election, he held the position of akim of the Karabalyk district.
Ruslan Zhulamanovich Katpayev, who previously held the position of deputy akim of the Denisovsky district, was elected akim of the Denisovsky district. He started his career in 1999 as Chief Economist, Deputy Director for Production of Pokrovka LLP in Kostanay. He was the head of the department, then deputy head in the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay region; a leading specialist in the State Enterprise "Kostanay Su"; head of the Construction Department of the Akimat of Kostanay and deputy Akim of Kostanay.
Arnur Maratovich Sartov was elected Akim of Altynsarinsky district. He started his career as a sales manager of JSC "Agromashholding" in Kokshetau, Akmola region. He worked as a chief specialist, then head of department in the Office of Akim of Kostanay district; deputy akim of Fedorovsky district, akim of Altynsarinsky district.
The election of mayors demonstrates the consistency of the policy of the country's leadership on the institutional modernization of the state system.
