MEMORANDUM OF MUTUAL COOPERATION

Today, the Head of the UDP Medical Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alexey Tsoi signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov. This agreement provides residents of the region with the opportunity to receive free medical consultations, spa treatment and medical rehabilitation services, as well as, if necessary, treatment for seriously ill patients. In addition, the agreement provides for the exchange of experience in the field of training medical personnel of the region in modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as the introduction of new medical technologies.
Akim of Kostanay region, Kumar Aksakalov, noted that the Medical Center uses the latest technologies in the treatment and diagnosis of diseases. He expressed confidence that the same high-quality medical services will be available in their region. The specialists of the Medical Center have made a huge contribution to the development of medicine in the region, sharing their knowledge and experience.
In turn, the Head of the Medical Center of the UDP of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that such visits help to improve the level of qualification of specialists of regional centers, so that every citizen of Kazakhstan could receive affordable and high-quality medical care.
"Within the framework of the Medical Center's activities, various projects are being implemented in the field of education, scientific research, sanitary and epidemiological analyses, as well as the search and implementation of innovative approaches in the field of healthcare. We plan not to limit ourselves to today's visit, a roadmap will be developed jointly with the akimat, on the basis of which we will regularly implement the planned plans for the development of healthcare in the region for several years." – Alexey Tsoi shared his plans.
​32 leading specialists (neurosurgeons, arrhythmologists, gynecologists, traumatologists, etc.) The Medical Center of the UDP of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided practical and advisory and methodological assistance to the population of Kostanay region.
