The fight against coronavirus, payments for utilities and the suppression of corruption risks during a state of emergency - these issues were discussed at a meeting of the Headquarters in the Akimat of the Kostanai region

On April 23, a meeting of the Operational Headquarters on preventing the spread of coronavirus infection was chaired by the akim of the Kostanai region Archimedes Mukhambetov.
Oral Bekmagambetov, akim of Kostanay city Kairat Akhmetov, Arkalyk Kairat Abishev and akim of Zhitikarinsky district Abai Ibraev made a speech at the headquarters meeting.

In the Kostanay region, from April 14 to April 23, 36 cases of COVID-19 were recorded, including 29 cases in Zhitikar, 6 cases in the city of Kostanay, and 1 case in the city of Arkalyk.
Also, Oral Bekmagambetov spoke about the ongoing work on testing for COVID-19.
So, in the Branch of the National Center for Expertise 7335 studies were conducted, 36 positive results. Laboratory contacts were examined - 659, of which 234 were close contacts, 425 were potential contacts.
“The laboratory has a stock of 253 test systems for an average of 10,650 laboratory tests on COVID-19. The laboratory operates around the clock, 4 brigades are organized, ”O. Bekmagambetov said.
Akim of the region Archimedes Mukhambetov spoke about further quarantine measures.
“If the number of cases does not increase dramatically, then of course we will consider exemptions, but if there will be a big increase, then we will continue to observe quarantine,” the head of the region said.
The head of the regional department of energy and housing and communal services Dauren Askarov spoke on the second issue “On cost recovery for utility providers for a state of emergency”.
According to the Rules, the following categories are included in this program:
1) disabled people of groups 1, 2 and 3;
2) invalids and participants of the Second World War and persons equated with invalids and participants in the Second World War;
3) families raising disabled children;
4) large families;
5) pensioners with a minimum pension or less;
6) families of persons who died (deceased) in the performance of state or public duties, military service, during the preparation or implementation of a flight into outer space, while saving human life, while protecting law and order;
7) citizens receiving targeted social assistance, including single pensioners.
Reimbursement of expenses will be carried out on the basis of 15 thousand tenge for April and May of the current year, in the village where quarantine was introduced at the expense of the republican budget. The reimbursement includes the expenses of consumers: for electricity, heat, gas, water, sewage, removal of solid waste and elevator services.
“In total, there are 50,449 citizens eligible for this social support in the region, the amount of social payments is 1.5 billion tenge,” Askarov said.
To receive payment, the consumer will need to submit an application through the Call Center indicating the name, TIN, social status, personal account information and the contact phone number of the subscriber.
Citizens of our region who live in settlements to apply must apply to the Call Center at the place of residence (city, district).
