A RESTRICTION HAS BEEN INTRODUCED

Today, in the Regional communications service, chief state sanitary doctor of Kostanay region Vladimir Nechitailo informed about measures and time restrictions in emergency situations. According to him, the protection of facilities that ensure the life of the population and the functioning of transport services will be strengthened. The functioning of large retail facilities, saunas, and public baths will be restricted. And the activity of shopping and entertainment centers, cinemas, theaters, exhibitions and other objects with mass stay of people is suspended. Entertainment, sports and other mass events, as well as family, customs and religious events are prohibited. In the Kostanay region, restrictions on entry (exit) to the territory of the Kostanay region were introduced with the establishment of 10 checkpoints on March 31 from 22.00 hours. Vladimir Nechitailo, temporarily banned from leaving the region to the Russian Federation.
The restrictions will last until the end of the state of emergency, i.e. until April 15.
