Large city-forming companies of SSGPO JSC, Orken LLP showed a decrease in production rates by 41% or more by the end of 2022. And the plant for the production of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and the processing of post-alcoholic bards of Altyn Omir LLP has been idle since 2015. In this regard, in close cooperation with the management of the above-mentioned enterprises, it is necessary to rectify the situation and increase their production volumes, the akim of the region noted.
In addition, for the raw materials we produce, we must ensure processing as much as possible.
This applies to both industry and the agro-industrial sector.
So, we still have sufficient agricultural production. However, there are no good storage facilities with modern equipment. Autumn is rich in harvest, and we cannot save food for our own Kostanay residents so that there is no shortage and seasonal price growth. We need to think through and take a number of systemic measures to address this issue.
The same applies to industrial enterprises.
For example, JSC SSGPO exports ore abroad. It is necessary to take measures to open an enterprise for processing ore and pellets in our region.
Thus, the primary task for local authorities is to support projects for processing products and create conditions for the formation of the most closed production cycle, K.Aksakalov summed up.
