For better and efficient use of urban areas, the gdava of the region noted that high-rise buildings in the residential sector will be built.
"we want to form a variety of spatial solutions for residential and multifunctional buildings, which involves a combination of different types of houses in one block, the creation of comfortable intra-block territories, the inclusion of trade and services enterprises, primary and secondary education facilities, office buildings, parking lots in residential buildings, providing pedestrian accessibility for every resident of everything necessary for everyday life.
The regional center is developing rapidly, the population is growing, and the city needs transformation, proper development and growth.
Our task is to make the city comfortable and modern for living, both for local residents and guests," the Head of the region noted.
"I would like to note that on December 23 this year we will hold an investment forum to which local and foreign construction companies, urbanists and architects who want to build modern housing in the regional center will be invited," the governor of the region said.
