Сегодня под председательством Архимеда Мухамбетова прошло селекторное совещание с акимами всех уровней, в ходе которого рассмотрели ряд вопросов.

The first question is about the preparation for the winter maintenance of local roads of Kostanay region.
1.5 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional budget for the maintenance of local roads this year.
This year, the Department of Roads concluded contracts for the maintenance of highways of regional significance with 11 contracting road organizations until the end of 2022. In total, there are 269 units of snowplowing equipment in the region for servicing the roads of the local network.

Further, the progress of the implementation of the project "Auyl – El besigi" was reviewed. In general, from 2019 to 2021, 214 projects worth 14.4 billion tenge were implemented in 35 villages with 142.6 thousand people living in the framework of "Auyl – El Besigi".
For the current year, 7 billion 543 million tenge is provided for the implementation of 80 projects in 38 reference and satellite villages of the region. To date, 65 projects have been completed. 8 projects are at the completion stage, 3 more projects will be completed before the end of the year, the remaining projects are moving on to the next year.

The third question is about the passage of the 2022-2023 heating season in the region.
The heating season of 2022-2023 in the region is going on as planned. All facilities are connected to the heat supply system. As of November this year, 401.8 thousand tons of coal were harvested. All educational and healthcare facilities are fully provided with coal. For the population of the region, the volume of coal on 25 dead ends is 24.5 thousand tons.

We also considered the issue of organizing shelters for stray and neglected pets.
Currently, the issue of regulating the number of stray dogs and cats remains relevant.
Due to the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Responsible treatment of animals", from March 2, 2022, the capture and killing of stray dogs and cats is prohibited.
In order to implement this Law, by orders of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and taking into account the opinion of the public and animal rights activists of the region, Model Rules were adopted, which were approved at an extraordinary session of the regional maslikhat on October 17, 2022.
