The head of the region visited the meat processing complex

Akim of the region Archimed Mukhambetov visited the meat processing complex of BEEF EXPORT GROUP LLP in Kostanay.
The production capacity of the enterprise is 1,500 head of cattle and 2,400 head of cattle per day, with the creation of 200 new jobs. The products produced at this meat processing complex are cattle and cattle meat in carcasses, half-carcasses frozen and chilled, as well as ready-made semi-finished products and offal.
To date, the company has reached 30% of its production capacity and already the volume of products is more than 600 tons of beef, it is planned to process and produce another 5,000 tons of finished products by the end of the year. Half of the products are exported to the countries of Central Asia, the second half is subject to sale on the domestic market.
-In June 2022, after the First Turkic Forum, the company was included in the Register of Unified Suppliers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, contracts were signed there for the supply of 30,000 tons of finished products in the form of beef meat with companies such as PREMIUM BEEF WELL LLC, BEEF NEW TRADE LLC," the director noted meat processing complex of BEEF EXPORT GROUP LLP Alexander Parkhomenko.
In general, the project is aimed at reducing meat imports to the region, as well as activating local farms and agricultural enterprises that act as suppliers of raw materials.
Funds have been raised for the implementation of the project within the framework of the "Economy of Simple Things" program.
