An expanded meeting of the Akimat was held

An expanded meeting of the akimat of the region was held today, during which a number of issues were considered.
The first issue on the agenda is the question of the ideological content of the Day of Victims of Political Repression and the Day of State Symbols.
The year 2022 is full of important historical, anniversary dates. The 25th anniversary of the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repression and Famine, the 30th anniversary of the Day of State Symbols are among the significant events.
On the eve of significant events, it is recommended to hold rallies dedicated to the memory of victims of political repression and famine, open lessons in educational institutions, information hours in museums, book exhibitions in libraries, as well as scientific conferences, round tables with the participation of history teachers, local historians, archivists and descendants of victims of repression.
Also, this year marks the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Department of Social Development has developed an action plan to celebrate this significant date, 24 multi-format events have been implemented in 3 directions.
After that, the issue of preparedness for the elimination of wildfires and forest fires in the region was considered.
In preparation for the fire-hazardous period, 77 mobile groups of 252 people were created, which conducted more than 70 raids.
In general, there are 39 fire stations operating in the region, which provide fire protection to 120 settlements.
For the current year, 23 forest fire stations have been prepared, which employ 55 fire fighters, 22 fire towers, 724 radio stations, 71 fire trucks, 62 fire tractors with trailed equipment, as well as 273 knapsack forest fire extinguishers, 45 motor pumps, 23 incendiary devices, 156 axes, 1024 shovels, 372 liters of chemical extinguishing agents.
Following the meeting, akimats of cities and districts were instructed by Archimedes Mukhambetov to hold scientific conferences, round tables with the participation of history teachers, descendants of repressed citizens, also to strengthen control over the extinguishing of forest and steppe fires by fire stations and fire-fighting units, in case of fires to ensure the prompt mobilization of all available resources.
