The Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan was celebrated in Kostanay

Today, an important holiday is celebrated in our country - the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan.
May 1 is one of the most favorite holidays of Kostanay residents.
The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan in the region organized more than 200 charity events covering almost 11 thousand people, providing assistance in the amount of about 100 million tenge. This shows our unity, cohesion and strong friendship.
A fair of producers of the city and the region was organized on the square in honor of the holiday. An exhibition of national cuisine, an ethnic exhibition with the participation of craftsmen, artisans, etc. Akim of the region Archimed Mukhambetov also visited the exhibition and congratulated Kostanay residents.
Then the event continued with a rich concert program
"Koktem, dostyk, bir halyk", where Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Asar performed.

There are 17 ethno-cultural associations in our region that carefully preserve and multiply the traditions, customs, and culture of representatives of all nations living in the region," said Archimedes Mukhambetov.
