A meeting of the region's asset was held to explain the President's Message

Today, the Governor's Office of Kostanay region, chaired by the head of the region Archimedes Mukhambetov, held a meeting of the region's asset to explain the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2022.
The announced 10 directions of the program of comprehensive modernization of the country's political system entail changes in all sectors.
The initiatives aimed at limiting the powers of the President, reformatting the representative branch of government, improving the electoral and party system, and the electoral process are global and effective. Heads of departments, producers of agricultural products, well-known lawyers expressed their opinion on this.
- The first initiatives concern the functions of canceling or suspending acts of regional akims, reducing the presidential quota in the Senate, as well as abolishing the right of the President to remove the akim of a district, city, rural district from office. In this regard, I want to note that the responsibility of akims to the population is only increasing. In particular, this is due to the strengthening of the role of local representative bodies and local self-government bodies," the governor of the region noted.
Priority anti-crisis measures were announced. They touched upon currency transactions, food security and preparations for the upcoming sowing campaign.
The initiatives put forward by the President are all aimed at economic growth and improving the well-being of every citizen of Kazakhstan.
Currently, the main task is to conduct large-scale information and explanatory work among the population.
Following the results of the asset, the head of the region instructed to form a list of deputies of maslikhats, public opinion leaders, experts in each industry, representatives of non-governmental organizations, speakers in the ranks of youth and to carry out active work to explain the Message of the Head of State.
