Presentation of Kostanay Philanthropists’ Club Awards

A solemn ceremony of awards of Kostanay Philanthropists’ Club with the participation of the Mayor of Kostanay region took place at the Palace of Youth.

Kostanay Philanthropists’ Club was established at the initiative of regional Mayor in 2000. A total of 477 awards have been given over the years, with 498 people and 41 teams being awarded. The total amount of awards for all years equals to 248 million 748 thousand tenge. In addition, the Kostanay Philanthropists’ Club provides sponsorship assistance to children in dire need of treatment, purchase of medicines and other types of charity.

There are are annual and nominal awards of the Club, given for high achievements in the humanitarian sphere of activity, which had a fruitful impact on the development of culture, art, science, education and journalism.

The “Shabyt” Award for young talented people (age of applicants up to 35 years), the “Kazyna” Award is intended for highly professional masters (age from 35 years), in the nominations: “Fine Arts”, “Literature”, “Theatrical Art”, “Musical Art "," Vocal Art "," Choreography "," Journalism "," Science "," Cultural Heritage "(only for the prize" Kazyna ")," Rural ascetic "," Education "," Head of the creative team "," Sports ".

The 2019 ceremony is a landmark one. It is held on the eve of the biennium for the implementation of the “Rukhani Zhangyru” program and will be presented to the general public of our region bright representatives of various spheres, who successfully succeed in their professional activities to implement the basic conceptual foundations of modernizing public consciousness: the cult of knowledge, competitiveness, pragmatism, evolutionary development of Kazakhstani national identity, openness of consciousness.

It is symbolic that in the Year of Youth a solemn event will take place in the new building of the Palace of Youth, built at the expense of sponsorship, which will serve as a basis for creating conditions for self-realization of the region’s youth.
