Results of the heating season

Today, there was a selector meeting with Mayors of the cities and districts on which the current heating season was summed up and plans for preparing for the heating period of 2019-2020 were discussed at the meeting room of the Kostanay region’s Mayor’s office under the chairmanship of the Kostanay region Mayor Mukhambetov Arkhimed Begezhanovich.

Summarizing the heating season, the First Deputy Mayor of the region, Nurmukhambetov Gauez, noted the steady work of life-support enterprises and social facilities.

First Deputy Mayor reported that “According to the results of the current heating season, all life-support enterprises (electricity, heat, gas and water supply), as well as social facilities of the region have worked steadily without any failures. This was facilitated by implementing large-scale work on the preparation of life-support facilities, as well as the social field in the preparatory period for the heating season ”.

It was noted at the meeting that there is a debt of the population for public utilities.

Gauez Nurmukhambetov concluded that “Timely collection of payments for utilities is of great importance as these funds are the main source for their activities, timely payment for energy and repairs” .

Furthermore, Mayor of the Arkalyk city, Mayor of the Naurzum district and Director of the State Enterprise Kostanay Fuel and Energy Complex have also reported on this issue.

In turn, Kostanay region Mayor, Arkhimed Mukhambetov thanked the Mayors of the cities and districts, as well as the Heads of Public Utilities Providers for the quality and safe conduct during the heating period.

Summing up the meeting, the Regional Mayor gave relevant instructions to his Deputies, Mayors of cities and districts, Heads of Regional Departments and Communal institutions in relation to the upcoming heating season.
