Development of the draft regional budget for 2020-2022 is carried out in accordance with the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the forecast of socio-economic development and budget parameters of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2024 and the annual Messages of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan.
The relationship between the Republican and regional budgets is defined in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 275-VI of December 4, 2019 "on the volume of transfers of a General nature between the Republican and regional budgets, budgets of cities of Republican significance, the capital for 2020-2022".
In accordance with this Law, the amount of budget subvention transferred from the Republican budget to the regional budget is set for 2020 in the amount of 140,029.3 million tenge, for 2021 in the amount of 135,998. 8 million tenge, for 2022 in the amount of 133,543. 2 million tenge.
In turn, inter-budgetary relations between regional and district (cities of regional significance) budgets "on the volume of transfers of a General nature between the regional budget and the budgets of districts (cities of regional significance) Kostanay region for 2020-2022" and approval of the regional budget for 2020-2022 is planned in December 2019.
