Civil budget of Kostanay region for 2019-2021.
The draft regional budget for 2019-2021 was developed in accordance with the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the forecast of socio-economic development and budget parameters of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018-2022 and the annual Messages of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan.
The relationship between the Republican and regional budgets is defined in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 24-VI of November 29, 2016 "on the volume of transfers of a General nature between the Republican and regional budgets, the budgets of the city of Republican significance, the capital for 2017-2019".
In accordance with this Law, the amount of budget subvention transferred from the Republican budget to the regional budget is set for 2017 in the amount of 103,540.5 million tenge, for 2018 in the amount of 108,990. 0 million tenge, for 2019 in the amount of 110,993. 0 million tenge.
In turn, the inter-budgetary relations between the regional and district (cities of regional significance) budgets for three years were approved by the decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat No. 100 dated December 13, 2016 "on the volume of transfers of a General nature between the regional budget and the budgets of districts (cities of regional significance) Kostanay region for 2017-2019".
The decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat "On the regional budget of the Kostanay region for 2019-2021" was approved at the session of the regional maslikhat on December 12, 2018 No. 347.
