Approval of the list of subsidized types of plant protection products and the subsidy rate for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces), as well as the amount of subsidies for 2020.
In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the order Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 5, 2016 No. 204 "on approval Of rules for subsidizing the cost of herbicides, bioagents (entomophages) and biologics intended for processing agricultural crops for plant protection" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 13717) akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
Approve the lists of subsidized types of plant protection products and subsidy rates for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) in accordance with the Annex to this resolution, as well as the amount of subsidies for 2020 in the amount of 5 143 285 thousand tenge.
The state institution "Department of agriculture and land relations of the akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of Kostanay region.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
