The draft regional budget for 2020-2022 was developed in accordance with the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the forecast of socio-economic development and budget parameters of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2024 and the annual Messages of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan.
Relations between Republican and regional budgets is defined in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 2019 № 275-VI of SAM "On volumes of transfers of General character between Republican and regional budgets, city budgets of Republican value, capital in 2020-2022 years."
In accordance with this Act, the amount of budgetary subventions transferred from the Republican budget to the oblast budget, set for 2020 in the amount of 140 029 261 thousand KZT, 2021 in the amount of 135 998 777 thousand tenge for 2022 in the amount of 133 543 226 thousand tenge.
In turn, inter-budgetary relations between the regional and district (cities of regional significance) budgets for three years were approved by the decision of Kostanay regional maslikhat No. 455 dated December 18, 2019 "on the volume of transfers of a General nature between the regional budget and the budgets of districts (cities of regional significance) Kostanay region for 2020-2022".
The decision of the Kostanay regional maslikhat "on the regional budget of the Kostanay region for 2020-2022" was approved at the session of the regional maslikhat on December 18, 2019 No. 454.
