The regulations on the division for information security
akim of Kostanay region
General provisions
Chief specialist of the division for information security (the division) is a structural subdivision of the akim of the Kostanay region.
In its activities, the division is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Regulations on the office of the regional akim, Regulations of the office of the regional akim, as well as this Regulation.
3. the Staff number of the Department is approved by the head of the regional akim's office in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The information security division consists of:
1) Chief specialist.
Main tasks, functions, rights and responsibilities of the division
Task 1: compliance with information security requirements
Functions:
1) controls the implementation of the information security policy
security in the office of the regional akim;
2) controls the implementation of the information security policy
security in the office of the regional akim;
3) provides preparation of technical documentation for the acquisition and implementation of hardware, software, information systems and other means of information support in the office of the Governor of the region;
4) carries out interaction of local Executive bodies with territorial divisions of state bodies, with citizens and organizations on issues of information security, provides consulting and methodological assistance.
Rights and responsibilities:
1) to participate within the limits of their powers in the consideration of issues and decision-making on them, to demand their execution by the relevant bodies and officials.
2) request and receive, in accordance with the established procedure, information and materials necessary for the performance of official duties, as well as explanations about the reasons for the delay in completing tasks and instructions from management;
3) strictly observe performance and labor discipline in accordance with the current legislation and internal documents of the regional akim's office adopted in accordance with it.
Organization of the division's activities
The division has the powers necessary for the implementation of its main tasks and functions, in accordance with legislative acts, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents sent on behalf of the division to other structural divisions on issues within the competence of the division are signed by the chief of staff, and in case of his absence-by the person who replaces him.
