On making an addition to the decree of the akimat of June 29, 2018 No. 302 "on determining territories for prospecting in the Kostanay region"
In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 264 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2017 "on subsoil and subsoil use", article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
1. To make the decision of akimat of Kostanay region "the definition of areas for prospecting in the Kostanay region" dated June 29, 2018 No. 302 (published 27 July 2018 Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7975) with the following addition:
the Annex to this decree to Supplement the line number 7, as follows:

2. the State institution "Department of natural resources and environmental management of Kostanay region akimat" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of Kostanay region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
