About modification of the resolution of the akimat of November 28, 2018 No. 521 "on determining the amount of security for the performance of obligations of the subsoil user to eliminate the consequences of prospecting»
In accordance with article 274 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 27 December 2017 "On subsoil and subsoil use", paragraph 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
Make the following change to the resolution of the Governor's office of Kostanay region "on determining the amount of security for the performance of obligations of a subsoil user to eliminate the consequences of prospecting" dated November 28, 2018 No. 521 (published on December 4, 2018 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 8137):
paragraph 1 should be redrafted:
"1. Determine the amount of security for the performance of obligations of the subsoil user to eliminate the consequences of prospecting in the amount of 53 monthly calculation indices per hectare.".
The state institution "Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of Kostanay region.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
