KazAgroFinance JSC was established on December 28, 1999 in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 1999 No. 1777" on certain issues of agriculture " to solve one of the main problems in agriculture – the renewal of the technical Park. The main goal is to support the development of the agricultural sector of the Republic by ensuring access of agricultural producers to Finance, as well as to agricultural machinery and technological equipment on a leasing basis.
The mission of KazAgroFinance JSC is technical and technological renewal of the agro-industrial complex by providing agricultural producers with available financial resources, as well as agricultural machinery and technological equipment on a leasing basis.
Vision of the Company by 2020 is a key financial and investment organization in the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan, providing effective management of its own assets in order to support the development of the agricultural sector of the Republic by providing affordable financial services and leasing activities for its technical and technological renewal based on high business standards and reliability.

1999-Decree of the Government of the Republic on the creation of the structure of JSC "KazAgroFinance".
2000-the first experience of leasing foreign agricultural machinery.
2003-2005-Creation of the first machine-tractor stations. Active participation of the company in the large-scale State program "year of the Village", initiated by the financing of the processing sector. The branch of KazAgroFinance JSC in Kostanay region was established in 2000. Over the period from 2000 to 2010, about $ 39.6 billion was invested in the development of the agro-industrial complex of Kostanay region.also
