2.due to the fact that there are zones of vaccination against foot-and-mouth disease in the Russian Federation, therefore, import to the territory of Kostanay region from these zones is prohibited.:

3. Cattle are not subject to vaccination against FMD, brucellosis, nodular dermatitis.
4. economic entities must be included in the register of persons and institutions of the EEU (Register of enterprises of the Customs Union) of goods under control (supervision) on the territory of one member state of the Customs Union to the territory of another member state of the Customs Union, subject to control (supervision), production, manufacture and (or) storage.

8. RSE "Republican veterinary laboratory" for the purpose of conducting laboratory studies and confirming the health of animals to ensure all necessary diagnostics and notification from the COF.
9. carrying out quarantine measures in the sending countries (at least 28 days) with the following diseases: brucellosis, tuberculosis, paratuberculosis, enzootic leukemia, trichomonosis (T. fetus), campylobacterfetusveneralis, chlamydia, leptospirosis (if not vaccinated or treated with dehydrostreptomycin or a substance that is not treated for the purpose of prevention, giving an alternative efficiency registered on the country's exporter), as well as daily external inspection.
10. import of livestock with a veterinary certificate form 1 of the Customs Union and an Appendix to the certificate:

This certifies the following:
- From the moment of birth or in the last 28 days in the farm of animals susceptible to ND from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Kazakhstan, no cases of ND have been officially registered during this period;
- Clinical signs of ND departure date does not exist;
- Not vaccinated against ND;
- ND was subjected to laboratory tests in accordance with OIE recommendations (Code, guide to OIE diagnostics and vaccines) and no DNA viruses or antibodies were found in the ND study;
- the animals were quarantined under the control of a representative of the State veterinary service of the Russian Federation for at least 28 days and had no contact with other animals. External inspection during quarantine was carried out daily.

For breeding animals, additional studies are conducted for infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and viral diarrhea (if the animals are not vaccinated in advance).
12.when receiving negative results of all studies (i.e. excluding all diseases), animals are removed from quarantine after 28 days. In case of receiving a positive result from research (detection of diseases), the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine decides to return the entire lot or part of it or to sanitary slaughter.
