In accordance with article 39, 117 of the Water code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on July 9, 2003, by article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
1. To establish a zone of sanitary protection of centralized drinking water intake of underground waters at the site of wells No. 1, 2, 18198 Awlaki in the village of Altynsarin district of Kostanay area according to Appendix to this resolution.
The state institution "Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of Kostanay region.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
