In accordance with paragraph 12 of article 20 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and on the basis of registration of the party list put forward by the Fedorovsky district branch of the Nur Otan party for the election of deputies of the Fedorovsky district maslikhat, the Kostanay regional election Commission decides:
To suspend for the period of the election campaign on elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing duties as a member of Fedorovsky district election Commission Kobulova Tatiana Vadimovna from the date of registration of the party list.
Appoint Victoria Zhugan as a member of the Fedorovsky district election Commission for the period of the election campaign for the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the date of registration of the party list.
Send this resolution to the Fedorovskaya district election Commission.
