On declaring an emergency situation of aитуации technogenic nature

 

 

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001                       «On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 11, 2014                             "On civil protection" Akim DECIDED:

  1. Declare техногенногa local technogenic emergency on the territory of the Fedorovsky district.

2.квидации чрезвычайной ситуации техногенного to appoint Deputyя akim of Fedorovsky district Kozhakov E. A. as the Head of the emergency management Department of a technogenic nature Кожакова Е.А. and instruct them to carry out appropriate measures arising from this decision.

  1. State institution "akim's Apparatus of Fedorov area" in established by the legislation of the Republicsand Kazakhstan should provide:

1) state registration of the present decision in the territorial body of justice;

2) postе this decision on the Internet resource of the Fedorovsky district akimat after its official publication.

  1. Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication and shall extend its effect to the relationship that arose 9 on November 9, 2020.
