In accordance with article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "on the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "About local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan " akim Kamyshinsky rural district DECIDED:
in the title and preamble, replace the phrase "Chandak rural district" with the phrase "Kamyshinsky rural district»;
paragraph 1 should be redrafted:
"1. Assign to the nameless streets in the village Road Kamyshinsky rural Okrug of Fedorovsky district contains the following names:
nameless street # 1-Tsentralnaya street;
nameless street # 2-South street;
Bezymyannaya street # 3-Rabochaya street.»;
delete the Appendix to the specified decision.
1) state registration of the present decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) placing this decision on the Internet resource of the Fedorovsky district akimat after its official publication.
