in total, during the reporting period of 2020, the local executive bodies of the fedorovsky district received 1,194 appeals. Of these,
252 were received by the office of the akim of the Fedorovsky district;
575 to state institutions of the district;
367 to the offices of akims of rural districts and the village of Novoshumnoye.
among them: 879 applications, 11 complaints, 304 others (requests, suggestions, responses). of the total number of applications received for competence, 63 applications, or 5.3%, were forwarded to other state institutions for consideration.
In the state bodies at the place of receipt, 940 appeals were considered, or 93.5 %. At the end of the reporting period, 3 appeals remained under consideration.
Of these, according to the results of consideration, 364 appeals were satisfied (30.4%), 740 (62%) were clarified, 21 (1.7%) were refused, and 3 (0.2%) were terminated.
During the reporting period, there were no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals.

The largest number of applications are related to housing provision – 23 (1.9 %), housing and communal services – 247 (20.6 %), agriculture-32 (2.7 %), land use-123 (10.3 %), labor and employment – 190 (15.9 %), education-49 (4.1 %), etc.
During the reporting period, the leadership of local executive bodies of the district (akim of district significance, his deputies, heads of independent departments, akims of rural districts) held 704 personal receptions of citizens. Among them: akim of the district - 40 receptions (40 people were accepted), deputy akim of the district-24 receptions (24 people were accepted), head of the district akim's office-44 receptions (44 people were accepted). Heads of state institutions conducted 293 receptions. Akims of rural districts and the village of Novoshumnoye held 303 receptions.
The blog platform of the heads of state bodies of the Kostanay region of the Fedorovsky district received 7 appeals. All requests have been reviewed and answered accordingly.
There were no repeated requests. There are no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals.
