Draft decision Fedorovsky district's maslikhat "About the statement of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens", developed in accordance with paragraph 2-3 of article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of adopting this draft decision is to adopt the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 06, 2020 No. 322-VI "on veterans", as well as to expand the list of certain categories of citizens in need for social assistance.
The adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
